Common bussiness conditions of Natalia rooms renting
The overnight charge is to take from client with prepayment or cash when arrive.
(individual commitments are possible.)
We reserve the right to ask an prepayment of 50%, during exhibition up to 100%
The confirmation of the booking after a positive response to the request is considered as a binding reservation
or a rental contract between the client and the host
With a later retirement the client can be commited to replace the booking loss.
Following stornocharges are valid:.
Storno 21 days before arrival -> free of charge.
Storno 7 - 21 days before arrival 25 % of the booking total value.
Storno to 7 days and not arrive 50 %, for exhibition 100 % of the booking total value.
Has the client the right to cancel free the contract within a specified period,
the host has also the same right, without it should not need a separate agreement.
The statements in each case do not require justification.
We reserve the right to require a pre payment from the client of 50% up to 100%
If the pre payment is not paid during the specified period, the reservation by the
hosts could be canceled without meeting the deadlines.
